MEMO FROM NARA

I consider myself as an optimist although the pessimism pulls me down very often.
How to drive away the pessimism that always injects the negative thoughts and put us in confusion. Is it possible to be a cent percent optimist? Probably some of our spiritual leaders may have the power to live an optimist cent percent. There are many ways suggested for practicing to become an optimist. Optimism brings happiness and good health for all. Then why do we not try to become an optimist? In life, we face pains and gains. When pain comes, we have to try our best to overcome it with patience. Impatience is a sign of pessimism. I have seen some people are born impatient and we can see them in public to get things done always urgently. They are indiscipline and break laws even and trouble others. To become successful in life, we have to be an optimist. Let us try our best to become an optimist always, of course cent percent!
