NATURE


Give yourself a designated time each week, or each day if you can, to walk barefoot on the grass, or to immerse yourself in nature and just listen. No assignments, no duties, just listen and observe the perfection of the natural world. Remember, the wilderness is therapy.

Promote ecological awareness in your life by contributing to organizations that work on behalf of the environment. Make a conscious effort to reduce pollution, eliminate letter, and practice recycling. Your individual actions can re-create respect and reverence for earth and the universe, our sacred web of life.

Spend more time in the solitude of nature listening to the natural sounds and walking barefoot on the earth to reconnect you to all that supports and sustains life.
