      Do something

3.       Each day, create one small task to stretch beyond your comfort zone.

4.       Create a good self-image.

5.       Be positive.

6.       Speak slowly and distinctly.

7.       Change one small habit daily.

8.       At the end of the day, write down five things you’re grateful for.

9.       Try a new path.
