The month of October gave the much wanted water through rain for the survival of all, although some cities and villages were inundated for a short time.
Old buildings, mostly constructed by the Government collapsed killing scores of people.
Festivals like Navarathri, Vijayadasami, Il – Ul – Fitr were celebrated during this month. Above all, the Nobel Prize for 2007 was announced for various fields. The bomb blast in Pakistan and collapse of Karnataka Government appeared as the main news of the month. We live in a world with full of good, bad and sad news. November is again a festive month for all Indians. Hope nothing bad happens.
