Always we resist change. Even we want to change, we begin to think the need of change and try not to change, because we want to be in our comfort zone in which we live with all possible comforts. If we continue to live in our comfort zone without changing, what will happen to life? It will be static without new activities. Successful people are always subjected to change. They change their life, place of stay way of life, ideas etc., etc., in order to achieve some new things in life and also create something in others life. Seriously we need to think about bringing change in our life and activity. The change is not for the change itself, but for bringing something new, creative and advanced in our lives. Let us all try to change and see the effects which will certainly change our outlook and opportunities to work and lead a new life of happiness.

1. Strengthen bonds with family and friends. Studies show that having close relationships is one of the most important elements of a happy life. Pay for a plane ticket to visit your brother’s new baby, go to your college reunion, or throw a party.
2. End marital conflict. If you’re constantly arguing about the unkempt lawn, or the moldering laundry, see if you can throw some money at the problem. Can you hire the teenager down the street to clean out the garage?
3. Upgrade your exercise. Studies show that one of the quickest and surest ways to boost your mood is to exercise. If spending money on a new iPod, a more convenient gym, or a new pair of yoga pants will make it easier to get yourself off the couch, that's a good happiness investment.
4. Think about fun. Ask yourself – and be honest – what’s fun for you? Fishing, bird-watching, travel, experimenting in the kitchen, skiing, scrap booking? Make sure that your calendar reflects some activities that you are doing just for FUN. For happiness, you’re better off using your money to have a great experience than to gain a possession.
5. Serenity and security. Peace of mind is critical to happiness, so use the money to pay down your debts or to add to your savings.
6. Pay more for healthy food. It’s a sad fact that fruits, vegetables, and healthy food are more expensive than fast food, but eating healthfully will pay off in the long run, in terms of your good health and energy.
7. Spend the money on someone else. One of the best ways to make yourself happy is to make someone else happy. Think about ways you could spend the money that would make a big difference to someone else -- whether someone you know, or a cause you support.
8. Think about YOUR priorities. As always, the key to any happiness question is to know yourself, and what makes YOU happy.

If you want to live, live with a smile,
Live with love, don’t cry.
Don’t shed your tears.
There are storms, there are disasters;
In life there are ups and downs
But don’t shed your tears.

Smile- pain is part of life
But finally you get joy.
If you want to live, live with new hoes,
Live with new aspirations.
Live with love,
Live with a smile.

I found this poem interesting while reading a book. So I thought of sharing with you.

Old age is like everything else. To make a success of it, you've got to start young. - Fred Astaire
You've got to get up every morning with determination if you're going to go to bed with satisfaction. - George Horace Lorimer

Re-evaluate and re-examine your purpose. By re-evaluating and re-examining your life, you will receive the good feelings, the inspirations, and the revelations to take you to the next level you long for in your soul.
Believe in your abilities. You are not human if you have not had the desire to do, then immediately had distinct feelings of inadequacy. For some strange reason, we doubt ourselves before we believe in our abilities. As your true potential is unknown, keep discovering who you are by unwavering belief in yourself.
Plan, visualize, imagine, and 'picturerise' your future. The majority of individuals wants success but expect it to come through the hoping and wishing process. However, the attainment of your personal dreams with great triumphs over the rock bed of inertia do not happen without detailed planning.
Use ink, the missing link. After your visualization process, you may wonder why you are not on target. You may have omitted the "inking" part or the writing component of the planning process. By "inking" the goal, you embed permanent pictures in your subconscious mind for you to access any time you choose, permitting you to renew your passion and energy.
Move into motion. Individuals often miss opportunities because opportunity is disguised as work - work that requires exertion and perspiration.
Be resolute and determined. As you work through the year, you will hit snags, have setbacks, miss promotions, lose sales, etc. Your personal resolve is more important than any New Year's resolution. Resolve is the personal power to follow through on the goals you committed to mentally and emotionally, to continue to pursue the purpose and objectives you visualized and "picturized" when the New Year dawned. It is the personal power to stay the course in spite of opposition or resistance.

Do it daily! In achieving any worthy objective, there must be consistency in the amount of hard work you put in; an hour here and a day there just isn't going to do it. Even a week of sustained effort doesn't bring results. You need months and years of daily, sustained sweat equity. – Karla Brandan

During pregnancy, some cells travel from mother to baby and some go from baby to mother. A fraction may persists in their new host. The intermingling of some cells from one person inside the body of another is the phenomenon known as microchimerism. Chimera in mythology combines parts of different animals – a lion, a goat and a snake. A person who harbors the cells of another person is said to be mirochimeric because relatively few cells are involved. It is now drawing intense scrutiny from medical researchers, because recent work suggests it may contribute to both health and disease.

JUST TO LAUGH... ... ...

A blonde walks into an appliance store and says I would like to buy that T.V. please. The store clerk replies I’m sorry, we don’t do business with blondes. So she stormed off back to her house and dyed her hair black. The next day, she went back to the same store and said I would like to buy that T.V. please. The store clerk, once again, replies Sorry, we don’t do business with blondes. The blonde replied, How did you know I was blonde? The clerk says because that is a microwave, not a T.V.

Doctor, please hurry. My son swallowed a razor-blade.""Don't panic, I'm coming immediately. Have you done anything yet?""Yea, I shaved with the electric razor."

A man went to see his doctor because he was suffering from a miserable cold. His doctor prescribed some pills, but they didn't help.
On his next visit the doctor gave him a shot, but that didn't do any good.
On his third visit the doctor told the man, "Go home and take a hot bath. As soon as you finish bathing throw open all the windows and stand in the draft."
"But doc," protested the patient, "if I do that, I'll get pneumonia." "I know," said the doctor, "I can cure pneumonia
